Technical Specification

1. Electrical Ratings

• Electrical ratings are based on use in a liquid-filled transformer, with the lower end of the bushing submerged below the oil level.

2. Construction

• Material: Manufactured from top-quality, electrical-grade wet-process porcelain.
• Finish: Gray glaze is standard unless otherwise specified.
• Design: Bushings are fully oil- and watertight at both the top terminal and mounting flange.
• Outdoor Suitability: Top skirts are specifically designed for outdoor applications.

3. Mechanical Components

• Flanges and Washers: Constructed from non-magnetic materials.
• Disc Spring Assembly: Provides constant gasket pressure at the top terminal, compensating for thermal expansion and contraction of the copper stud.

4. Gaskets

Optional Gasket: Cork and rubber composite — to specify this option, add suffix “C” to the part number when ordering.

Standard Gasket: Nitrile (Buna-N).
