1. Application
These bushing assemblies are designed for use in liquid-filled transformers, with the lower end of the bushing positioned below the oil level.2. Construction and Materials Insulator Material: High-quality electrical-grade wet-process porcelain
- Finish: Standard gray glaze (alternative finishes available on request)
- Mounting: Designed for installation in a 2.69 in (68.3 mm) diameter mounting hole
- Anti-Rotation Design:
- The bushing is keyed to the two-piece clamp
- The connector is keyed to the porcelain insulator to prevent rotation
3. Gaskets
- Standard Gasket: Nitrile (Buna-N)
- Optional Gasket: Cork and rubber composition
- To specify this option, add the suffix “C” to the part number
4. Electrical Terminals (Spades)
- Standard Material: 95% minimum conductivity copper
- Finish: Tin plated for corrosion resistance
- Optional Materials: Lower conductivity copper alloys (e.g., brass, bronze) available upon request at discounted pricing
5. Ratings and Compliance
