1. Operating Conditions

• Electrical ratings are based on use in liquid-filled transformers, with the lower end of the bushing submerged below the oil level.
• Suitable for standard transformer operating environments where oil immersion is maintained.

2. Construction and Materials

• Insulation Body: Manufactured from premium electrical-grade wet-process porcelain to ensure high dielectric strength and durability.
• Finish: Standard gray glaze (other finishes available upon request).
• Mounting Hole Diameter: 3.06 in (77.7 mm)
• Anti-Rotation Design:
  • The bushing is keyed to the two-piece clamp.
  • The connector is keyed to the porcelain insulator to prevent rotation during installation and operation.

3. Gaskets

• Standard Material: Nitrile (Buna-N) gasket.
• Optional Material: Cork and rubber composite gasket available.
  • To specify this option, add suffix “C” to the part number when ordering.

4. Terminal (Spade) Assembly

• Standard Material: 95% minimum conductivity copper.
• Finish: Tin-plated for enhanced corrosion resistance and electrical performance.
• Optional Materials: Lower conductivity copper alloys (e.g., brass, bronze) available upon request at discounted pricing.
