1. Operating Conditions

• Electrical ratings are based on installation in a liquid-filled transformer, with the lower end of the bushing submerged below the oil level during operation.

2. Construction and Materials

• Insulating Body: Constructed from high-quality, electrical-grade wet-process porcelain for superior dielectric and mechanical strength.
• Finish: Standard gray glaze (alternative colors available upon request).
• Mounting Hole: 3.06 in (77.7 mm)
• Anti-Rotation Design:
  • The bushing is keyed to a two-piece clamp.
  • The connector is keyed to the porcelain insulator to prevent rotation during installation and service.

3. Gasket Options

• Standard Gasket Material: Nitrile (Buna-N)
• Optional Gasket Material: Cork and rubber composite
  • To specify this option, add suffix “C” to the part number when ordering.

4. Terminal (Spade) Assembly

• Standard Material: 95% minimum conductivity copper
• Finish: Tin plated for corrosion protection and improved conductivity.
• Optional Materials: Lower conductivity copper alloys (e.g., brass, bronze) available upon request at a discounted price.

5. Design Features
