Product: Low Voltage Bushing Assembly
Application: Liquid-Filled Transformer

1. Operating Conditions

Electrical ratings are based on installation and operation in a liquid-filled transformer environment.
The lower end of the bushing must remain below the oil level during operation.
2. Construction and Materials

Insulating Body: Manufactured from high-quality electrical-grade wet-process porcelain for superior dielectric performance.
Finish: Standard gray glaze finish (alternative finishes available upon request).
Mounting: Designed for installation in a 2.69 in (68.3 mm) diameter mounting hole.
Anti-Rotation Design:
- The bushing is keyed to the two-piece clamp.
- The connector is keyed to the porcelain insulator to prevent rotation during assembly and operation.

3. Gasket Options

Standard Gasket Material: Nitrile (Buna-N)
Optional Gasket Material:Cork and rubber composite
- To specify this option, add the suffix “C” to the part number when ordering.

4. Terminal (Spade) Details

Standard Material: 95% minimum conductivity copper
Finish: Tin plated for corrosion resistance and enhanced conductivity.
Optional Materials: Brass, bronze, or other copper alloys available upon request at a discounted price.

5. Design and Compatibility

Designed to ensure mechanical stability and electrical reliability under standard transformer operating conditions.

Compatible with externally clamped transformer mounting configurations.
