Connector is keyed to the porcelain insulator to ensure proper alignment.

Application: Electrical ratings are based on use in liquid-filled transformers, with the lower end of the bushing positioned below the oil level.

Material: Manufactured from high-quality, electrical-grade, wet-process porcelain.

Finish: Standard finish is gray glaze unless otherwise specified.

Gasket: Nitrile (Buna-N) gasket supplied as standard. For assemblies with cork and rubber composite gaskets, add suffix “C” to the part number.

Spade Castings:

Material: Copper with minimum 95% IACS conductivity.

Finish: Tin-plated.

Optional: Spades made from lower-conductivity copper alloys (e.g., brass, bronze) available upon request at a reduced cost.

Mounting: Designed for installation in a 2.25 in (57.15 mm) diameter hole.

Construction:

Bushing is keyed to the two-piece clamp to prevent rotation.
